She later accepted a promotion at the Bainbridge Athletic Club, where she oversaw membership, marketing, and youth programming. After starting a family, Kelsie left the Club to take on a more active role in managing her and her husband's island-based business, which specializes in metal fabrication for residential remodels and new construction.
